How water can affect your skin’s health

We all know that drinking water is beneficial to our health. However, we often forget that it also influences our skin’s health. If your skin is not getting enough water, the lack of hydration will present itself by turning your skin dry, flaky and tight – which we don’t want! A big part of drinking water is to help your body eliminate toxins. Without it, we keep these toxins in and they can reflect their presence throughout our skin! Here are 3 tips to help you drink more water regularly:

  1. ALWAYS have a bottle of water with you. Buy yourself a nice bottle and have it with you at all times. If it’s right beside you, you will remember to drink it!
  2. Make it a morning habit and start your day with a 500ml glass of water.
  3. Have fun with it: put some fresh fruits or a slice of lemon in your bottle or glass. Suprisingly, it can make it fun!
